RESERVATION POLICY

All Reservations November 20th to January 5th

1. Cancellation Policy:
Life can be as unpredictable as a holiday surprise! If you need to change your plans, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us spread the joy to others looking to celebrate!

2. Late Arrivals:
If you find yourself running a bit behind in the hustle and bustle of the season, please remember that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be held for a shorter time or need to be canceled to ensure all our guests have a chance to enjoy the festivities.

3. Group Reservations:
Planning a gathering with family or friends? For groups of 11 or more, please call us at (316) 263-4044. For parties of more than 18 people, please submit an event inquiry by clicking on the “Book an Event” button below and our event coordinator will contact you within 48 hours. We want to make sure your celebration is as merry as can be!

4. Kids are Welcome!

Our family-friendly restaurant warmly welcomes kids, ensuring everyone can join in the festive fun. With a special kids’ menu featuring  wholesome options, little ones can enjoy their own meals. We’ve created a cozy, inviting atmosphere where families can gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories together.
